Salon Opening

After Living and working in Washington, DC, for two years.

The Nations Capitol, Home of the Nationals, constant networking, happy hours, bottomless brunches, and Day Parties.

Thats the fun stuff , which seems like work. I haven’t even mentioned why the majority of us come to Washington, DC.

We come to be apart of something great and historic. Whether its working for the Government, serving in the Military, Elevating our minds with higher Education, or the arts which is so full and rich here.

It’s been a amazing experience, with huge growth opportunities . Living in a city where people pack in a lot more than lunch. They pack their work bag, gym bag, and some of us, a back pack so our hands can be free to achieve and accomplish more.

The City will teach you to be efficient in all areas of living. A life thats scheduled and filled with, meetings, appointments, kids, meals, interviews, interns, parking, grocery shopping, and commuting.

I worked for large corporate salon in a fast paced environment. Where the focus was numbers, up-selling and production.

I don’t think your hair should be another thing to check off the to do list. So. I sought to create a similar experience here in Washington, DC, similar to my Charlottesville, VA location.

I wanted to create a space and environment, where my client was the total focus.
From the beginning to the end of their hair experience.

At Frederick Ayers Salon, when you sit in my chair. We are about to have a real life experience.
From a one on one consultation, to the shampoo, cutting, coloring, and styling of your hair. Its just me and you.

From Hair Health, Product knowledge, to Tips on how to recreate and maintain your look and locks at home.

    1. Thanks, Paul. Your few words remind me of our times in Charlottesville, I remember saying I want to have that energy and light. You were the catalyst of my new life and understanding. Spot on with the wall color, I chose it for that reason and a few others. Thanks for your love and support even far away. I feel it and accept it. frederick
