Scheduling
Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you will receive your full service. Due to time constraints, arriving late we may have to abbreviate your service. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to be sure to accommodate your schedule.

Cancellations
In consideration of our other clients please allow 24-hour notice of any cancellation. This provides our wait-list clients an opportunity to take your missed appointment. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 60% of the reserved service amount. "NO SHOWS” is a 100% of the reserved service amount

Payment
Cash or Check preferred. Please note that there is a $35 fee for any returned checks.
